Important Housing Dates

• Housing opens for sponsors - May 7
• Housing opens for exhibitors - June 4
• Housing opens for all attendees - June 25

Sponsor housing requests accepted beginning May 7, 2025 and will be assigned by sponsor level and date of receipt.

A certain number of rooms are set aside for sponsors and exhibitors at each hotel. Additional rooms are held for attendee housing, which will open on June 25.

We receive far more hotel requests than can be accommodated in each individual hotel, so we encourage you to review the hotel map and rate sheet above to determine your top 5 hotels. Focusing on hotels a little further from the convention center makes it easier to guarantee all your rooms can be together. All hotels listed on the map will be serviced by IFPA shuttles, except for the hotels within walking distance of the Anaheim Convention Center.

Hotel Cancellations

All cancellations, date, and name changes must be received by Friday, August 29. After this date, the IFPA Hotel Reservations Office will continue to process reservations and changes subject to hotel availability.

Deposits are non-refundable after September 12, 2025.

Hotel Scam Warnings

Please be aware of housing poachers that have been contacting exhibitors about booking hotel rooms for The Global Produce & Floral Show. Expovision is the only company that is officially sanctioned by IFPA to book hotel rooms on behalf of its exhibitors and attendees as the IFPA Housing Office for Global Produce & Floral Show. We are NOT working with any other outside companies to provide housing details, nor do we provide them with your contact information. Please ignore these pirating emails/calls. Those who opt for alternatives to the IFPA negotiated rates may find themselves at risk.

Rooms should be reserved and confirmed only through Expovision to ensure that your reservations are guaranteed and that you receive the discounted group rates negotiated by IFPA. IFPA and the official Housing Office can only assist guests prior to and onsite that have booked rooms within the official room blocks.

Travel

Airport Information 

The closest airport to the Anaheim Convention Center is John Wayne Airport - Orange County (SNA). Long Beach and LAX are also convenient options. Please visit here for more information.

Convention Center Parking 

Parking at the Anaheim Convention Center is extremely limited and we encourage attendees to walk, taxi, or consider public transportation. Many ACC parking lots are taken for vendor parking during show dates and do not have availability. Please visit here for more details.

The Global Produce & Floral Show Shuttles 

Shuttles will run between most of the official IFPA hotels and the Anaheim Convention Center. To find the shuttle pickup location at your hotel, please ask the concierge or bell captain. Details will be available shortly.
